Wednesday, June 30, 2010: Seafood Enchiladas (spicy, crawfish etouffee wrapped and then baked with a creamy, Shrimp sauce) served with Green Beans. 4 servings $25.00.
Thursday, July 1, 2010: Corpus Christi Special (hamburger meat, circle potatoes and circle onions layered on top of hamburger meat and cheese on top) and old, family favorite. Served with Pinto Beans. 4 servings $25.00
