About Us
I am a Native Angletonian. I love to cook, I have Louisiana Roots and my cooking has a cajun flair. I come from a family of great cooks, my Mother, Linda is a great cook and she is always willing to try new things, I received my love of cookbooks and looking at all different types of recipes from her. I have numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins that all love to cook as well. My Brother, Daniel is an expert BBQ man and still competes on a BBQ Team and they do quite well and win continuously throughout the Brazoria and Houston area - Go OUTTA CONTROL!
I have catered the ActionS, Inc. of Brazoria County Banquet for the past couple of years, I have donated this service as a way to give back to the Community. I enjoy helping others when I can. When my daughter, Stephanie was involved in drill team while in high school, I would cook massive amounts of chicken spaghetti dinners as a fundraiser for the team and the booster club. That was also a rewarding time and helped me prepare for today. I have also in the past, belonged to a BBQ Cook Off Team participating in a number of competitions in the Community. Us Girls, Unintimidated won 2nd place Brisket and 2nd place Beans at the Brazoria County Fair in 2007, that was awesome. We as a team also won a few feast cookoffs and placed in ribs and chicken along the way. I loved that time and it helped me to prepare for what I do today.
One of my favorite contributions was a fundraiser for a friend who was battling Cancer, a group of us sold chicken spaghetti lunches to help her pay medical costs, I cooked and everyone helped deliver the lunches to the Community. That was an amazing day and we ended up serving close to 500 plate lunches that day which in turn helped my friend pay off some expenses she had incurred due to the Cancer.
I can cook for large or small groups, weddings, parties, individuals, and the working family.
I can deliver. (Outside of Angleton has a small delivering fee.)
